Making a Ribbon Rosette
A ribbon rosette comprises of many components
backboard
pleated ribbon
centreboards
ribbon tails
fastenings
The ribbon is pleated to form the rosette tiers which are attached to the backboard to form the ribbon rosette head. The tails are swallow cut and along with the specified fastening are attached to the head using the pre-printed centreboard
